Welcome to Grace Petals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (gracepetals.pk) and the purchase of our bespoke floral arrangements, luxury boxes, and event styling services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Atelier's Craft (Products & Variations)

Every arrangement from Grace Petals is a unique work of art. Because flowers are natural, seasonal products, exact replication of website imagery is not always possible.

• Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute blooms, foliage, or vessels with items of equal or greater luxury value if the requested materials are unavailable or do not meet our strict quality standards.
• Color & Size: Minor variations in petal shade, bloom size, and stem length are natural and expected.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Grace Petals website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout based on the delivery sector in Lahore.

Full payment must be received and verified before any order is dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure local bank transfers.

3. White-Glove Delivery Protocols

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. However, successful delivery relies on accurate information.

• Accurate Details: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and a valid contact number for the recipient. Grace Petals is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
• Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not present at the provided address, our courier will attempt to contact them via phone. If unreachable, the arrangement may be left at the reception/security desk (for corporate buildings/apartments) or returned to the Atelier. Redelivery attempts may incur an additional fee.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by severe weather, road closures, political unrest, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the bespoke assembly process, please refer to our strict Return & Exchange Policy. General modifications or cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to editorial photography, product designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Grace Petals. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our imagery for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from our Atelier.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grace Petals shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical conditions that may arise from handling or being in proximity to our natural floral products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
