Return & Exchange Policy

At Grace Petals, our master artisans take immense pride in crafting exquisite, bespoke floral arrangements. Because every order is highly customized, freshly cut, and immediately arranged prior to dispatch, we adhere to strict industry standards regarding perishable luxury goods.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the bespoke craftsmanship of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns of delivered floral arrangements.

The Grace Petals Guarantee (Exchanges)

We stand completely behind the quality of our blooms. While we do not offer refunds, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction. If your arrangement arrives in a compromised condition (e.g., severely wilted blooms) or if the design is entirely incorrect compared to your order, we will gladly offer a complimentary replacement or exchange of equal value.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The 24-Hour Window: Because flowers are highly sensitive to their environment once delivered, any issues regarding quality or incorrect items must be reported to our Concierge Team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic Proof: You must provide clear photographs of the arrangement from multiple angles showing the issue, along with your order number.

What is NOT Eligible for an Exchange?

Mother Nature is beautifully imperfect. Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Minor Color & Bloom Variations: Flowers are natural products. While we strive to match the website photographs as closely as possible, slight variations in petal color, size, and availability are normal and expected. If a specific flower is out of season, our florists will substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater luxury value.
  • Improper Care: We provide care instructions with our blooms. Grace Petals is not responsible for flowers that perish early due to lack of water, exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or air conditioning drafts after delivery.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, or if the recipient refuses to accept the gift, the order is still considered fulfilled. We cannot refund or replace flowers that spoiled due to delivery delays caused by the customer.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as changing the delivery date or card message), you must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders that are already in the process of being assembled by our florists, or same-day delivery orders, cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
